so im gonna use this more often. to post some events and happenings. just to keep a tab of cool stuff that's happened in my life. it won't be gramatically correct or even make sense. spellings gonna suck. but i'm gonna keep it for myself so i never forget and have something to tell my grandkids
cuz i cleaned my room out the other day and threw out like 5 trashbags of shit.. which im pretty sure a lot of is special stuff to me i could have shared with my grandkids someday. but i really have no room to hold that anymore.. especially with my new 24' imac in my room (!!!!!!!!!), so i have to be conservative with space. so anyway, in stead im just gonna keep this journal for my memories. yay.

so I have a story I can tell my grandkids..
so the other day I was really sick with a cold and all that. I felt too weak to go out to get medicine and tissues so I called my parents to get me some. They were at a Russian nightclub (which means drinking and goofy dancing) and said they'd stop by the pharmacy on their way home.
So my dad calls me to tell me they're coming home and that they got me ALKA SELTZER. I'm like WTF! DAD I have a cold not gas!! He has like 5 minute delayed reaction time and hes like "uhh.... ok uhhh" So anyway, I made him go back. I also told him to not forget my tissues with lotion.
So he calls me back in the store and I tell him I need nasal decongestant meds. He's like huhh. Nazel ctooo? (cto= what?) By the way he's Russian, but he's been here for 25 years, but he's a stubborn Russian and sucks at English. So finally he gets the medicine I need. I tell him to get tissues with lotion. He's like huh. So I'm screaming tissues with lotion. I'm like give the phone to mom. He's like she's totally drunk she cant comprehend anything right now. I'm like give it to her anyway! So I tell her TISSUES WITH LOTION. She's like ahhh nu okee okee.
So I hang up. It's already 1 AM and I need to be in bed for work. So, 20 minutes i get a call. "What was the second thing you wanted" I'm like OMG! TISSUES WITH LOTION! My dad goes Motion? I'm like LOTION! He's like Wotion?? I'm like LLLL do you know what an L sounds like! So I'm like give the phone to mama. He's like I have no idea where she is. So at this point, my dad lost my drunk mother somewhere. I'm getting so pissed off so I tell him to give the phone to the sales clerk. My dad can barely make out a sentence to the clerk. It sounded something like "You take phone.. you take!" So this totally freaked out kid sales clerk answers and I'm like dude all I need is tissues with lotion. Finally we figure it all out.
They come home and for 10 minutes my dad is trying to insert the key into the door until he finally manages to ring the bell. I was so pissed off I didnt bother going to answer the door until he rang it 5 times. I get downstairs and open the door and the first thing i see is my mom's 2 shoes come flying in. my dad walks in without my mom and hes like hold on i have to go carry her in.
So finally my mom manages to go upstairs and shes like "ariellaaa" i'm like "WHATTT" shes like "I'm sooo drunk"
So then she starts throwing up and while shes throwing up my dad randomly comes in my room and is like "Do you like my shirt?" I look at his shirt and I'm like "Is that a woman's shirt??"
So anyway.. my mom apparently mixed wine with cognac since the wine ran out.
So yeah, that's my parents for ya!

i'm soooo exhausted. i got like an hour and a few mins of sleep last night. my doc is out of my hands, i throw it on a DVD on monday and im done!! A year and many months process.. done! i think i like how it turned out but with any project wish there was more of this that or the other.
but this is a realy really really big step for me. feels like stones off my chest but of course with this comes more problems:
i hope my colorist and sound guy can work with it this weekend and everything is ok for monday and i hope i have the wires for my other drive at home or else work is gonna keeelll me.
i was editing for liek 10 hours a day on this couple times this week got like nooo sleep and what am i doing? waiting to take my russian oral than i have a meeting and shoot for work.

hey so i am getting this beast for my new project. I'm working for IBM on a Machinima till june- its crazyyy. And fun! but i got advice from this good machinima guy so i am getting some really good specs. but i need this comp- i cant use my mac anymore. MACS ARE NOT FOR GAMING. Macs are for everything else i ever do- web, chat, office stuff, VIDEO EDITING. My PC won't be able to do those things to my preference. So i'm going to use my PC for only one thing: capture video on SL! its going to be BLAZING FAST!!
isnt it a beast? i love it! my SL is gonna be so damn fast! and i'll be able to do flycam and crazytalk. I swear after this IBM gig my reels gonna be so good. Hopefully i can score better jobs, maybe up my price!

i just got backfrom a 7 day shoot!! most of it was in mechanicsburg PA which is like middle of no where hicks ville. it was really fun! I produced it! So, i got to yell at people a lot. it was amazing!! it kinda feels like i went on vacation now that im back. i havent gotten enough sleep 6 out of those 7 days. ahh!
